  • 4 Stations, each for 12 minutes.

  • 3-minute breaks between stations for cleaning.

  • Workouts available in the Training App.

  • Groups of 4 start every 15 minutes, sometimes up to 8 participants.

  • Track your progress in the App after each workout.

  • Reservations are required.
