We offer 32 unlimited classes every week.
Our classes are all based on metabolic conditioning. Each class begins with active, dynamic warmup to get the body fired up. Then we roll into metabolic intervals to really break a sweat, and scorch those calories. We then integrate dynamic, total body, functional resistance exercises to stimulate lean muscle development and lasting calorie burn. To conclude, we perform several core and flexibility exercises. Although we follow this format, each class is different, and we always find new ways to keep it fresh. Classes listed in orange are low impact.
