Low Impact Metabolic Coaching

This is the same as Metabolic Coaching but completed with low impact or beginner options.  YOUR metabolic rate is how many calories YOUR body burns at rest. The goal of metabolic coaching is to increase this.  Burn baby burn....This is completed through a combination of short bouts of high intensity work (80-100% effort) followed by an equal bout of forced rest (actively attempting to recover as quickly as possible through breathing and heart rate control). This class will lead YOU through a series of high intensity exercises (always different of course) that teach YOU how to accomplish this.
