Student Sports Conditioning

This class is designed just for students (12-18yo). Each class will be instructed by a professional coach. The goal is to improve linear & lateral speed, change of direction, first step quickness, force production, and athletic power. We will meet on the turf using ladders, hurdles, med balls, and of course our S-Drive Sprinters, along with all of the other awesome strength and conditioning equipment in house.  Although this class is designed for athletes, all students are welcome to jump in.  

This class will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am during the summer.

This class its part of an essential student membership which is available in three options:

1.) Essential Monthly Unlimited (with 12 month agreement)
