3 Private Life Coaching Sessions with Coach Stacey (goal setting, progress, and follow up). These sessions can be conducted through skype or in person. Each Private session will be scheduled individually by appointment.
Fitness Coaching with Coach Stacey (3 days a week; 5am Tues/Thurs/Sat)
Fitness Program on your smart device. Take your workout anywhere.

Pre and post program weight and body fat%
Fitness and Nutrition Tracking available through smart device.
You will be added to Coach Stacey's Private Accountability Group for ongoing support throughout the program.
